Course Introduction

Welcome to “Transform the Overwhelm”, a 7 day course to tackle that debilitating overwhelm that keeps you from accomplishing what matters most! Our goal is to turn those feelings of “too much” into constructive progress, and develop a peaceful understanding of your life’s priorities and goals. Then we’ll purge the things that aren’t serving those goals and create a plan to complete the things that will.

Sound exciting? It’s going to be great working together!

I’m so excited to have you here. I know all too well how the feeling of overwhelm can sap your focus and motivation and leave you feeling both defeated and exhausted. I understand wanting to get things done, but not knowing where to start. I’ve felt the futility of crossing a few things on my list while seeing a hundred more to go. I’ve watched my list double, sometimes daily, feeling like I’ll just never catch up.

Most of the time it feels like I add more to my list than I complete. Trust me, I’ve been there. I’ve felt it. And yet- I firmly believe that is no way to live! Survive, maybe, but not truly live. And I want to live! How about you?

Here’s the great news though: It’s said that ‘just begun is halfway done’ and you’ve already taken the first step in this transformation. By registering for - and committing yourself to completing - this course, you’ve shown that you’re no longer satisfied in living with that overwhelm, and you’re more ready than ever to live productively and efficiently.

In preparation for our work during this course, please download and print off the included workbook. I also recommend making a folder in your email program to store all future emails from Vibrance & Bliss to ensure you don't miss any important updates. I'm also be sharing valuable resources and tools I've found to be helpful in my own transformation.

During the course, I’ll be walking you through many activities this week that will help you calm your schedule and empower you to really achieve, allowing you to live your most blissfully vibrant self yet! We can do this!

Don't forget to print your workbook in preparation for Lesson 1!
